These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between pak888 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "Member") who accesses or uses any product or service provided through pak888.co. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on pak888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pak888. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. pak888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your participation in any game or betting market on pak888 is lawful in your location. pak888 does not accept liability for any breach of local law arising from your use of the Platform.
2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pak888. The creation of duplicate, multiple or fraudulent accounts is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.
2.4 You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information. pak888 may request supporting documentation at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC or other government-issued identification.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pak888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.2 You agree to notify pak888 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your login details.
3.3 pak888 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at once.
3.4 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access or operate your pak888 account on your behalf.
4.1 pak888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods unless otherwise stated on the cashier page.
4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.
4.3 pak888 does not charge deposit transaction fees. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own charges, for which pak888 accepts no liability.
4.4 Funds deposited into your pak888 wallet are for gambling purposes only. pak888 is not a bank or financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the pak888 cashier. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible.
5.2 pak888 targets the following processing timelines: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers within 1–4 hours. These timelines are targets and not contractual guarantees — processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
5.3 pak888 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Documents requested may include CNIC, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposit.
5.4 Withdrawal of funds that have not been subject to a minimum of one genuine wagering cycle may be declined or subjected to further review at pak888's discretion.
6.1 pak888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Members. The specific terms applicable to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, will be published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this Agreement.
6.2 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion, failing which any remaining bonus balance will expire.
6.3 pak888 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. In cases of suspected abuse of promotional offers, pak888 reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any associated winnings.
7.1 All bets placed on pak888 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market or casino game as published on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity or conflict, the specific game/sport rules take precedence over these general Terms.
7.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by pak888, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.
7.3 pak888 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed after the conclusion of the relevant event, was placed on an incorrectly priced market, or was placed in circumstances that indicate technical error or system abuse.
7.4 Maximum bet and payout limits apply to all products. Current limits are displayed on the relevant betting markets and game interfaces within the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak888. Breach of any of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where appropriate:
9.1 pak888 is committed to responsible gaming. All Members are encouraged to use the deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls and cooling-off tools available in account settings to manage their gaming activity.
9.2 Self-exclusion is available to any Member who wishes to restrict access to their pak888 account for a defined period or indefinitely. To initiate self-exclusion, contact pak888 support or use the self-exclusion function in account settings. During a self-exclusion period, pak888 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Member from accessing the Platform.

10.1 pak888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the information provided on registration is inaccurate or fraudulent; (c) the Member is engaging in abusive, fraudulent or illegal activity; or (d) account activity poses a risk management or regulatory concern.
10.2 On termination of an account for legitimate cause, pak888 will return any verified, non-bonus balance to the Member after completing any necessary verification and fraud checks. This process may take up to 28 days.
10.3 A Member may close their account at any time by contacting pak888 support. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules and any resulting winnings credited before the balance is returned.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated profits.
11.2 pak888's total liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 pak888 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity but accept no liability for downtime, data loss or errors beyond our reasonable control.
All content on pak888, including but not limited to the pak888 brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, text, graphics and data compilations, is the proprietary property of pak888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any pak888 content without our prior written consent.
This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pak888 is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably through pak888's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
pak888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address on file. Continued use of pak888 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
